  • 3 lbs. chicken (boneless)
  • 4 lbs. pork (boneless)
  • 4 lbs. beef (boneless)
  • 6 stalks of celery
  • 3 cans of mushrooms
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large onions
  • Pie Crust - enough for four pies

Cut meat into bite-sized cubes, cut celery, fine, cut onions in small pieces, prepare pie-crust.

Add a layer of meat and vegtables (mushrooms, celery and onions), salt and pepper and garlic buds to taste, put a layer of crust over top. With your finger put about 8 holes in crust.

Repeat this procedure until you have about 4 layers of meat, vegetables and crust, ending up with crust on the very top.

Cook in oven on 375 degrees for about 3 hours.

This is excellent with homemade baked beans.
